Standard Qualifications

Must Haves:

• Have a Class “A” CDL
• At least 25 years old
• Have two years verifiable over-the road experience
• Meet DOT requirements
• Safe driving record
• No more than three moving violations and/or accidents in the most recent three years
• No more than two moving violations and/or accidents in the most recent year
• No DUI/DWI, reckless or careless convictions or incidents within the last five years with no more than one in a lifetime
• No felony convictions
• No controlled substance conviction of any kind
• Able to fulfill the demands of the job 

Operator Provides:

• Tractor - must pass company inspection
• Expenses - all maintenance and operating cost of equipment furnished by owner operator
• Copy of Texas title (front and back) or Texas title receipt
• Current Texas vehicle inspection
• Copy of bill of sale
• A current 2290 tax form - heavy vehicle use/equipment 

Tractor Must:

• No year requirement on equipment. All equipment must pass inspection by Russell shop personnel 
• Cabover or conventional
